Apartment building located on the third floor with two apartments on each floor. The apartment for rent is on the third floor. Beautiful apartment a perfect distance away from campus for quietness when studying and close enough for partying and other night life. Fully stacked kitchen is available with good condition refrigerator and freezer, two sinks, granite island, stove, microwave and oven. Plenty of cupboard space for separating food and storing kitchen utilities. The man cooking area is tile floor. Three bar stools available for the island and are furnished with the place. The living room has plenty of space and is furnished with sofa, coffee table, corner table and lighting. Other roommates have a great TV and speakers with TV stand. They are very friendly and fun reasonable guys. The room is located down a hall away from the living room making it a nice and quiet room for studying and relaxing. It is approximately 15ft by 18ft or 270 Sq. ft. and has a very nice double sliding door closest. The doors have floor to ceiling mirrors and are very nice! Inside there are racks for hangers and folded clothing in addition to other storage. It perfectly fits my massive desk in addition to a twin size bed but could easily fit a queen bed or smaller comfortably. It also comes with two windows and is located on the east side of the building, preventing evening glares on computer screens on the desk or elsewhere in the room. The bathroom contains two sinks on opposite sides of the bathroom and is shared with one of the roommates. It works well since each roommate gets their own sink, drawers and under sink cupboard storage. The toilet and shower/tub are shared and have their own shower curtain. This has a door to separate it from the sinks and has a good size closet for storing toilet paper, towels and other kitchen things. The apartment also has a patio which is very nice for the summer months and allows for some storage of bikes or other things. Bike racks are located just 10 yards from the apartment door and parking is located right outside the building. The apartment is managed by DTN and a tour of the place can be easily organized.
